Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. In no event shall phpbets's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpbets account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phpbets customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phpbets will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute from you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phpbets to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
